My Approach to Helping
As a Mindfulness trauma-resolve therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling to find relief from many of life’s challenges. Relational difficulties, family problems, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and life transitions can all be more difficult than we imagine. I encourage collaboration in a safe, nonjudgmental space to gently explore these difficulties, and build solutions that grow confidence. I believe in the healing potential of the brain, which is why I pull from a variety of practices to achieve real change.
I specialize in art therapy and brainspotting, and I offer these paths to help clients explore emotions as an alternative to traditional talking-therapy. Our sessions are tailored to your needs and desires; we will work the way that works best for you.
