My Approach to Helping
I want my clients to feel seen, known, and understood from the minute they start working with me. As a Bay Area native and former Tech professional, I intimately understand the stressors and challenges of living and working in today's fast-paced, demanding environment. My hope is to come alongside clients and help them find relief and healing from their current challenges, past experiences, and future concerns so they can return to living happy, balanced lives.
While I work with individuals of all ages, I specialize in working with older teens, college students, and adults. I primary focus on issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, workplace challenges, family and relationship issues, trauma, faith, and life transitions.
I tailor my counseling approach to the specific needs of my clients, while also drawing from various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, and others.
