My Approach to Helping
Our pain is a portal that can lead us to the freedom we desire if we have the courage to look at what hurts. Our pain can show up in the form of depression, anxiety, health issues, addictions, grief, shame, and blame. I believe healing is less about how our pain manifests and more about the messages our pain is trying to convey to us. With gentle curiosity, we can start to explore these messages and uncover the root of the unhealed parts of ourselves that desperately seek our attention and compassion. Through a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach, we can heal these wounded parts of ourselves and become increasingly available to live a more authentic and empowered life. Healing is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, and I believe you are worth it.
