My Approach to Helping

I work primarily with adults and adolescents on both short-term, acute problems and more pervasive, long-standing problems. My years of training, first in cognitive behavioral therapy, and later in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches allow me to use both in my practice. The client and I decide on treatment approaches based on his or her strengths and preferences.
