My Approach to Helping

I can help you leave the past in the past so that you can enjoy life in the present. I use EMDR therapy to reprocess traumatic events from your past so they no longer influence your present life. I also introduce you to useful tools to handle stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and other difficult emotions.
My mission is to help my clients realize their full potential, be in control of their emotions and behaviors, and have more joy in their lives. You can be happy. At the base of my work is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - analyzing how your thoughts influence your moods and behaviors. I also use EMDR to help you resolve past trauma. My clients see dramatic results in a short amount of time.
