My Approach to Helping
If you're feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, or stuck, I can help. I specialize in helping people relax, find balance, and work through struggles like eating disorders, disordered eating (e.g. feeling out of control with eating, feeling stressed about food or exercise, etc.), body image issues, anxiety, and depression. I also provide Christian counseling upon request.

Most of my clients are high-achievers who tend to be really hard on themselves. I aim for counseling to be a soft place for you to land, where you can get the therapeutic support you need while feeling as comfortable as you would if you were grabbing coffee with a friend.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
It's totally normal to feel nervous about starting counseling for the first time or with a new therapist.
