What's My Approach to Therapy?

As someone who went through a series of uprooting immigrations, marriage, divorce, single parenting, and career changes, I’ve dealt with a great deal of losses, internal conflicts, and made plenty of missteps. Through it all, I’ve learned that healing in relationships—both with ourselves and others—is always possible. It’s already inside us, waiting to be reclaimed.

Relationship is my specialty. I offer a direct, holistic, and experiential approach rooted in interpersonal neurobiology. I work from a systemic, relational, and trauma-informed perspective, which means I help the family system see how each person’s reaction influences, and is influenced by, the other—creating an ongoing cycle of contact. When this cycle turns corrosive, I help couples and families recognize the pattern, learn skills to repair inevitable ruptures, and return to connection.

I am trained in relational life therapy, pragmatic experiential therapy, gestalt, and psychodrama. I work with codependence, relational trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Therapy with me is:
- Intentional and caring,
- Relational and direct,
- A safe place to experiment with new roles and real change.

My Practice & Services

Together, we'll identify your blind spots in dysfunctional patterns, work on past attachment injuries, and build relational skills to resolve conflicts and cherish your connection. Whether you're dealing with trust, intimacy, or communication challenges, I’ll guide you toward a warmer and more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.

Over time, you’ll stop outsourcing your worth and will learn to feel your needs, speak your truth, and stand in self-respect—while staying connected in your relationships.

This work isn’t just "talking" about—it’s about waking up to yourself and to others. If you’re ready, I’m here.

Note: Couples therapy is private pay; I take insurance for individual therapy. Please message me directly for details.
