My Approach to Helping
Starting therapy can be a daunting process. I want to start by saying that it is normal to feel overwhelmed. I strive to create an easy space for you to step into in-order-to get the support you need. It is my desire to help individuals stuck in their own thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors, confused by the pain and the challenges of life. Please reach out if you need support. I incorporate a variety of counseling approaches, but at the end of the day, I know how complicated problems can be. Whether it is relationships, anxiety, depression, low motivation, or bad habits, my desire is to walk alongside you and help connect you your individual goals.
