People come from all walks of life and I want to meet you where you are. My passions are to help people regain control of their lives and help them be the best versions of themselves. I want to help alleviate symptoms, increase self-esteem, and promote problem-solving in your life.

I specialize in trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, and maternal mental health. I enjoy bringing creativity, empathy, and understanding of the therapeutic process. I am a client-centered therapist who will work with you to find acceptance in your life.

I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). ERP is the evidence-based approach for OCD.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My years of experience include helping children, adolescents, and adults in intensive outpatient programs through Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic which is part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. These intensive outpatient programs focused on helping those with OCD.

My experience has led me to find my specializations in treating OCD, trauma, and maternal mental health. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other modalities.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

I work with individuals to determine duration and frequency of sessions. We are a team and I feel that making these decisions together will have a greater impact on progress. My goal is to help you achieve your goals.
