My Approach to Helping

As your therapist, my goal is to instill hope and provide compassionate support as you improve your strengths, increase your resilience, and develop the coping skills to manage your life challenges and fulfill your dreams. My expertise lies in helping people with chronic illness, divorce, grief and loss, relationship issues, posttraumatic stress, abuse, depression, panic, and anxiety.

I am highly experienced in treating teenagers, adults, and couples.

Using evidence based therapies including CBT, EMDR, Family Systems, Gottman, I tailor my approach to most effectively help you. I have specialized training in working with those experiencing various forms of loss, grief, and trauma. I hold a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and am Licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
