My Approach to Therapy
Throughout my work as a therapist, I have always believed that the compassion I have for my clients, my perspective of how valuable each and every one of us are, and my pure and honest dedication to each and every client is what helps heal. I honor every clients individual values, perspectives, and goals. I believe that every client has the strength within themselves to address their issues and heal from their struggles.

My passion is helping clients who are struggling with anxiety andor depression. I strongly believe that both anxiety and depression are our body sending us signals that we are meant to listen and tune into. I help each client figure out what their body needs in order to heal. I have seen great success from clients who have come to me with these presenting issues.
I enjoy working with teenagers, they seem to connect with me very easily which helps them to develop the trust needed to work through their issues.
I enjoy working with women with self esteem issues. This is currently the majority of my clientele. I am seeing amazing progress with these clients.
