My Approach to Helping
I utilize a straight forward and empathic approach to treatment. I believe that to have a happy life one must focus on having meaning and purpose, while also developing effective skills for dealing with problems and challenges in your day to day life. Quality of life has also been shown to come from relationships, so I also work toward improving relationships and increasing an individuals self awareness to better manage his or her interpersonal effectiveness. My approach to therapy uses a combination of support and skill building to help you heal or make the changes you need to have a better life.

My fee is $175 dollars. Sliding scale fees are available for individuals needing financial assistance. I am also on a variety of insurance panels. If we are out of network with your insurance company, we will bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company.

Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I also conduct psychological evaluations for Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury cases.
