My Approach to Therapy

With life comes pain and frustration, but learning how to cope is what aides in long-term happiness. I am here to help you achieve your short and long-term goals with your career, relationshipsfamily, and personal growth. Additionally, in over close to a decade of working in the field, I have found that addictions of all kind are prevalent no matter who you are or where you come from. Often overlooked is that depression andor anxiety are the source of addiction. Understanding ourselves and working on what parts of ourselves hinder our progress in life is essential in creating and maintaining change. Helping individuals and building meaningful relationships is my ultimate passion in life.

My Practice & Services

My fee is $200, but I do offer sliding scale options. I am not in-network with insurance, but can provide you a SuperBill for your insurance to reimburse you for sessions.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Additionally, I am trained in empirically supported behavioral therapy (CRAFT) for loved ones of individuals that are suffering from addiction. There are very few trained CRAFT (Community Reinforcement And Family Training) therapists in California.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy helps build emotional and interpersonal skills, which build self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and insight. Additionally, engaging in a caring and nonjudgemental relationship with me assists in you relearning emotional patterns.
