In the world, we have doctors, teachers, all kinds of people that help us along the way it only makes sense to have somebody to help you process through difficulties in life. Hello, my name is Justice Arledge I have been working in this field since 2009 I also have my master's degree in mental health counseling. I have more than 10 years of experience helping people work through the many unpleasantries that we find in our everyday life. I have helped people work through trauma, depression, and posttraumatic stress (PTSD).

I have worked both with adolescents and adults. My goal as a counselor is to put you back in the driver seat get you to a point in your life where you can make decisions and trust yourself. Help you to make and achieve long-term goals and to walk through life proudly and loving who you are.

We all struggle with something, but my goal is to help you find positive voices that can defeat the negative voices.

    I have a lot of experience working with military and military families.

    I also have experience working with individuals struggling with learning disabilities like attention deficit and dyslexia.

    I worked with victims of assault and domestic abuse. I work with individuals that struggle with bipolar and other mental health issues.
    I have a lot of experience working with individuals that struggle with posttraumatic stress (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), anxiety, isolation, shame, depression, and anger. A wide range of human emotions that we struggle with from time to time.

    I'm not afraid to dive into the dirty work and ask difficult questions and sit with my clients as we work through to understand what we are feeling and how we present these feelings.

    I worked in the field of mental health during direct care for over 14 years, the last five years I worked on the crisis line specifically supporting military and military families. I have a lot of experience in de-escalation and trauma.
