If you’re here, you may be feeling stuck in patterns that keep showing up in your life, relationships, or work no matter how hard you try to move past them. You may feel overwhelmed, frustrated, ashamed, disconnected, or simply worn down by the sense that something is not working, even if it is hard to put into words exactly what that is. I work with adults and older adolescents who want more than a place to vent. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and understand how past experiences, long-standing coping strategies, and current stressors may be shaping the present. Many of the people I work with are dealing with trauma, relationship conflict, emotional overwhelm, compulsive or self-defeating patterns, behavioral concerns, or difficult life transitions that have left them feeling off balance and unsure how to move forward. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and direct. I aim to provide a space where you can be honest about what is going on without feeling judged, while also helping you look closely at the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we work to build greater clarity, steadiness, and practical change so that life feels more manageable, relationships feel less chaotic, and you feel more aligned with the person you want to be.

Central Coast Behavioral Center is a private therapy practice offering in-person and secure online counseling for adults in California, along with telehealth services for adults in Oregon. The practice emphasizes thoughtful, well-paced work and values consistency, clear communication, and professional boundaries. In addition to individual therapy, the practice may also offer clinical supervision, consultation, or other professional services when appropriate. The goal is to provide care that feels steady, collaborative, and responsive to each client’s needs while supporting a strong therapeutic fit and meaningful, lasting change.
