Therapy has become more accessible than ever before with the rise of online tele-health services over the past several years . As we collectively face daily challenges to our mental, physical, and emotional resiliency, seeking support sustains our ability to live our lives in peace and wellness. Operating in survival mode is too often the norm; thereby bringing about risks of fatigue, low motivation, unfulfillment, and ultimately burnout. Modern society requires a high level of adaptability for everyone to meet expectations across our personal, familial, social, relational, occupational, and academic domains of life. Despite these hardships, we all possess the capacity for growth and development via self-care, skill-building, and processing our thoughts and feelings.
Through our collaborative efforts in therapy, we will creatively adapt and build upon your innate strengths, skills, and resiliency to effectively pursue specific goals for a happy and healthy life. Sessions will explore your mental health needs in an atmosphere of respect, empowerment, and needs-based perspectives. By working together, you will strengthen your ability to address a multitude of topics, stressors, and symptoms including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, multi-generational issues, communication skills, love languages, and conflict resolution. We will collaboratively cultivate your skills to develop clear and realistic expectations, set strong boundaries, and strengthen self-care strategies.
