My Approach to Helping

I view therapy as a collaborative process in which a warm, supportive, trusting relationship provides a foundation for growth and healing. My training and expertise is used to guide each person on their own journey of understanding and in the development of adaptive and effective ways of being. I strongly believe that my work is best characterized by three terms, empathy, exploration and empowerment.
