What's My Approach to Therapy?
Hello,
My approach to therapy is to understand where you are coming from and what you want more of, and/or less of, out of life. We would then create a plan and/or process to assist you with getting as close to your desired future as possible. My ideal client is someone who is willing to do the work of, more days than not, committing to their desired future, and verbalizing accountability for the moments they lose sight of their desired future.
