I specialize in working with those who are struggling with infertility, anxiety, grief and loss, perinatal and postnatal issues. As your therapist, we will collaborate to help you learn new coping skills and to help you reach your goals. Anxiety, depression, grief, and anger are emotions that are in all of us. Experiences and trauma can cause these emotions to surface. I see these rise often in infertility and loss, family building, life transitions, and in relationships from the past or present. I can help you work through these feelings and to help you get emotionally healthy again! I specialize in those who are having anger, depression, grief, and in children with behavior problems. I teach parenting skills to enhance parent-child bonding. I help families and couples improve communication, which leads to healthy relationships.
