What's My Approach to Therapy?
I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, burnout, grief, and faith-related struggles. I work with teens managing academic and social pressures, adults balancing work and family demands, and individuals seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and healthier coping skills. My approach supports clients in building confidence, improving communication, breaking unhelpful patterns, and developing habits that lead to sustainable emotional and mental wellness.
I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors lived experiences, faith, and identity. I lead with empathy, authenticity, and respect, creating spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in trust, cultural understanding, and accountability.
Clients begin by scheduling a consultation or completing an initial inquiry. This first step allows us to discuss goals, assess fit, and outline a clear path forward. From there, we collaboratively develop a treatment plan and begin sessions focused on growth, healing, and practical change.
