My Approach to Helping
During hard times or when emotions are so intense that they cloud your path, I want you to remember that you can get through it. Passing through those moments alone is exhausting. However, if someone else can stand beside you, share the load, and help navigate, then your journey is easier and shorter.

What Makes up a Problem?
If your work, communication, sleeping, eating, sexual desire, physical health, or regulation of emotion is impaired, then you should know that it is a real problem that deserves to be treated. If you have read this far, now is the time to take the first step out of emotional purgatory.
A problem is a problem when you believe that your thoughts, feelings, or behavior are getting in the way of your happiness and productivity.
