My Approach to Helping
During hard times or when emotions are so intense that they cloud your path, I want you to remember that you can get through it. Passing through those moments alone is exhausting. However, if someone else can stand beside you, share the load, and help navigate, then your journey is easier and shorter. It is an honor for me to help you when you need it. I enjoy seeing the inner strengths of people grow beyond their fears and negativity. We all deserve a stable, kind, genuine person that is available to aid us through life's challenges.

What Makes up a Problem?
A problem is when you believe that your thoughts, feelings, or behavior are getting in the way of your happiness. One idea that prevents people from entering therapy is comparing their problem to those of others. They minimize their discomfort and procrastinate until the problem grows to unbearable proportions.
Listen to your mind and body, and they will tell you the right time to get assistance. If your sleeping, eating, sexual desire/performance, physical health, regulation of emotion, or personal communication is impaired, then know that it is a real problem that deserves to be treated.
