My work is grounded in a decolonial, strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective that honors each client’s lived experience and autonomy. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors (including complex trauma and dissociation), therapists, and helping professionals navigating burnout, kink-aligned clients, and people healing from antagonistic or narcissistic relational stress. I also work with couples and partnerships exploring consent, communication, and intimacy, as well as clients in crisis, high-conflict relationships, or moments of major life transition.
