Welcome to a space in which you can find acceptance, support, and healing. Therapy is for everyone to help you achieve your next goals in a safe, supportive, and healthy manner. In this practice, clients are affirmed in their lived experiences, drawing on their strengths and wisdom to help them achieve goals and outcomes that are positive for them and their contexts.

I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and survivors of trauma. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, accepting space for you to identify the path that best fits for you to move forward into a healing life that helps you meet your goals. I offer a tailored, bespoke treatment plan based on your individual needs, goals, and time frame.

Groups I Work With

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and systems within queer, trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive communities, as well as people practicing polyamory, ethical nonmonogamy, and relationship anarchy. My work is grounded in a decolonial, strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective that honors each client’s lived experience and autonomy.

I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors (including complex trauma and dissociation), therapists, and helping professionals navigating burnout, kink-aligned clients, and people healing from antagonistic or narcissistic relational stress. I also work with couples and partnerships exploring consent, communication, and intimacy, as well as clients in crisis, high-conflict relationships, or moments of major life transition.

My practice is affirming, collaborative, and deeply committed to creating safer spaces for those whose identities or relationships are often misunderstood or pathologized. Whether you’re seeking support in identity development, attachment healing, relational clarity, or simply someone who “gets it,” my work centers your agency, your wholeness, and your capacity for growth.
