My Practice & Services

If you're searching for therapy because relationships feel complicated, overwhelming, or painful, you are not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, anxiety, trauma responses, or uncertainty about how to create the relationships and life they truly want. I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and relationship systems navigating relationship issues, communication struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and identity exploration. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming to people in polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous (ENM), and other nontraditional relationship structures. Many of the people I work with are trying to heal from past trauma, rebuild trust after relationship ruptures, develop healthier boundaries, or learn how to communicate their needs more clearly. Others are exploring identity, navigating polyamory or open relationships, or working through attachment patterns that continue to show up in their partnerships. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I integrate systemic therapy, attachment theory, relational therapy, and parts-oriented approaches to help clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their lives and relationships. Together, we focus on both insight and practical tools so that you can develop stronger communication, emotional regulation, and more secure connections. I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, polyamorous and ENM relationships, trauma survivors, couples navigating complex relational dynamics, and therapists or helping professionals experiencing burnout or secondary trauma. Therapy with me is a space where complexity is welcome. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to build relationships and a life that feel authentic, connected, and sustainable.

Groups I Work With

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and systems within queer, trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive communities, as well as people practicing polyamory, ethical nonmonogamy, and relationship anarchy. My work is grounded in a decolonial, strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective that honors each client’s lived experience and autonomy. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors (including complex trauma and dissociation), therapists, and helping professionals navigating burnout, kink-aligned clients, and people healing from antagonistic or narcissistic relational stress. I also work with couples and partnerships exploring consent, communication, and intimacy, as well as clients in crisis, high-conflict relationships, or moments of major life transition. My practice is affirming, collaborative, and deeply committed to creating safer spaces for those whose identities or relationships are often misunderstood or pathologized. Whether you’re seeking support in identity development, attachment healing, relational clarity, or simply someone who “gets it,” my work centers your agency, your wholeness, and your capacity for growth.
