My Approach to Helping

Over the years, you have pushed your feelings down with drugs, alcohol, sex and you still feel miserable after brief moments of satisfaction. You put on a face that everything is fine. But your wifehusband, and friends know otherwise.

The more your friends and family try to talk about your feelings. You resist either by using humor, relapsing on addiction, or lashing out at them which results in severing ties. You try to reach out to them but they reached their breaking point and because of their rejection your sadness feels even worse.

What you want is to finally be happy and have peace and stability in your life. You are tired of hiding and want true satisfaction in all aspects of life. Your memories of abuseaddiction don’t affect you as much. I can help.

We are all students of life. We learn from our parents, friends, and mentors. But unfortunately, we learn unhealthy life lessons from people who could use therapy as well. Do not lose hope. Find your positive approach by checking out our website, call or book online to set an appointment today.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My passion is to work with people who suffer from trauma. To work with people who suffer from trauma is a very rewarding experience as a therapist. People who have worked with me were very successful in counseling. However that success is due to them being ready for counseling. And willing to discuss their most difficult issues. As an individual who seeks counseling. They have come to a place where they are ready to move forward and put in the difficult work that comes with counseling. The question that I pose is this, "Are you ready to work hard for the results you want? And if so, what are you prepared to do? How far are you willing to go?"

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Going to therapy does not mean you are weak. Going to therapy means that you are ready to move forward with your life. It means that you have suffered enough from your past. And willing to look to a brighter future. It means that you are ready to face your issues no matter how difficult. And most importantly, it means that you are have come to a point in your life where you recognize you are unhappy. Engaging in therapy takes strength, and you are strong.
