My Approach to Helping

I work using Emotionally Focused Therapy, the most empirically effective form of couples therapy. I help identify negative cycles and determine what is happening below the surface in order to build a stronger, more resilient partnership.
In my practice, I work with couples and individuals who are looking to improve relationships, break outdated patterns, and live more in line with their authentic values. I offer an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is compassionate and direct, always focusing on what is most important to you.
