My Approach to Helping
Counseling should be an experience that supports you while challenging the things that keep you stuck! Everyone?s process is different when finding healing or peace after trauma has consumed your everyday life. I am here to work in collaboration with my clients to find that healing, which is why I offer a variety of ways to work. Art therapy is a helpful tool to bring to light stuck points that we are not always aware of and it can give voice to things we have not yet found words for. EMDR is a highly researched trauma resolution therapy that I have seen change lives.
