Jenny Leigh Redlin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC, LPC) with over 10 years of experience assisting adults who are struggling with trauma, shame, regret, difficult life transitions, low feelings of self-worth, anxiety, depression, or identity-related issues. Jenny received her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. While she loves to create unique treatment opportunities for her clients, she also recognizes that the client is the expert in their own life and views herself in a supporting role.
