My Approach to Helping

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I am a licensed psychotherapist and a certified cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT), specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and life transitions. I am trained in individual, couples, and family counseling.

I spent the first 22 years of my career in psychiatric hospitals. I started off as a mental health technician, and I ended my hospital career as a hospital administrator. I have been a part of building some amazing clinical programs, so I know what struggles and frustrations people have experienced. My counseling style is interactive, and I will help guide you through your struggles and feelings of being overwhelmed and not knowing what to do.
