Many people struggle with grief, their career, family, or trying to quit a habit and don’t know where to start. Talking to me, a professional counselor, can help you finally feel like yourself again. You may need someone to talk to because you need more self understanding or personal growth and you feel stuck. It is common to feel stuck in life, and finding your way through this stuck moment alone makes it difficult.
