My Approach to Helping
People need a place to start a place to find hope when they are down. I have helped people with depression and anxiety find tools that help them feel a sense of meaning and purpose and be able to cope with their issues. I use DBT Skills training to help people regulate high and low emotions and work on relationships. I help people do this by helping them find the strength to work on changing their lives, because I cannot change your life. I want to motivate you to change by using reflective psychology and motivational interviewing. Sometimes you feel lost like you dont want to change or dont want to do anything. Finding motivation is important to work toward your goals and find healing and hope. I want you to find hope yourself in our conversation, find your values, and live out your purpose.
