Working with your strengths, I will help you find relief from the challenging issues you're facing. I am a clinically-trained licensed professional counselor in Kansas, Texas, Missouri and Nevada. I am trained in dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, and I use cognitive behavioral therapy to bring relief from emotional disturbances. I am particularly comfortable working with clients who have mood disorders, like depression and anxiety.
