What's My Approach to Therapy?

Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.

With over 20 years of experience, I help women from all walks of life navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life’s many transitions. I offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), talk therapy, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed care — all grounded in compassion. Therapy is a collaborative process. In our work together, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing might help you gently process painful memories, while internal family systems can guide you in understanding and nurturing the different parts of yourself, and finding your Self Energy. Mindfulness offers a way to stay present and grounded, even in the midst of change.

I’ve always been drawn to the resilience and wisdom of women — whether they’re just beginning to explore their inner world, or navigating decades of lived experience. It’s a privilege to witness that unfolding. We’ll move at your pace, with care, curiosity, and respect for your story. Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard, gently challenged, and more connected to themselves after our sessions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be exactly where you are.

I deeply believe in your capacity to heal, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you do.
