I offer a safe environment in which a person is free to discuss difficulties without fear of judgment. Our work together will often be goal directed, with each person deciding what that may look like for themselves. In my work with children, I utilize play therapy, which can take many forms, including drawing and game play as well as working closely with parents around challenging behaviors. I am additionally a certified EMDR Therapist, Approved EMDR Consultant and EMDR Trainer. I use EMDR therapy with both children and adults. EMDR therapy works effectively around a variety of challenges, including trauma, fearsphobias and PTSD.

My standard fee is $250 per 50 minute session. I am able to offer a small number of sliding scale spots in my practice for those individuals with financial restraints. I can provide a superbill for clients to submit for out-of-network benefits.
