My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST).
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist with a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Antioch University. I am passionate about working with couples and individuals who are experiencing a range of challenges including relational distress, infidelity, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, and more. My approach to therapy is authentic, relational, and trust based.
My work focuses on couples and marriages in varying levels of distress. If you have experienced infidelity or an affair, are in a relational crisis, struggle with a loss of connection, are enduring patterns of arguing which have stolen your hope, or feel apathetic about your partner or the relationship, then I encourage you to reach out. Some areas for us to potentially work together on may include communication issues, a loss of intimacy, affairs, attachment struggles, trust, parenting, desire discrepancy, sex, and sexuality.
