I have guided many couples through the process of getting back on track to a more positive and rewarding relationship. Using evidence-based practices, including work from Sue Johnson and John Gottman, two of the leading researchers in our field, I help couples experience reconnection and greater intimacy. If faith or spirituality is important to you, I enjoy incorporating those beliefs into the therapy process as well.

While some therapists want you to be in therapy for years on end, that's not my approach. My goal is to work as quickly and efficiently as possible, to give you the desired changes you desire, while still helping you achieve long-lasting results.
