My Approach to Helping
Do you struggle to understand or name your feelings, needs and desires? Do you find it difficult to communicate freely and feel disconnected, unheard or unsafe? Perhaps anxiety or past trauma stops you from living a full life. I invite you to explore together what is burdening you, address hard questions and find out what works for you in a safe space of therapy. I invite you to bring whole self, true you and explore how does it feel to be fully accepted and understood.
With a background in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring a wide range of therapeutic approaches to our sessions. These include psychodynamic, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Mentalization-based approaches tailored to meet your specific needs.
I strive to create an atmosphere where you can bring your whole self, feel fully accepted, and gain a deeper understanding of your experiences. Together, we'll work towards fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance where you can explore and address challenges, ultimately empowering you to live a more fulfilling life.
