What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re feeling stuck caught in worry, self-doubt, anxiety, or patterns you can’t seem to break you’re not alone. Maybe what used to work isn’t working anymore, and you’re tired of carrying it all by yourself. Reaching out can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear plan to start.
I work best with thoughtful, motivated people who want real change, even if you’re unsure where to begin. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify what’s keeping you trapped, and build a path forward that feels practical, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
In our sessions, I draw from evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, CPT, ERP, EMDR, and hypnosis but therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll slow things down, get curious about your patterns, and develop tools you can actually use: handling strong emotions, changing unhelpful loops, building flexibility with your thoughts, and making decisions based on your values instead of fear.
I aim to create a space that feels clear, supportive, and real. You’ll get compassion and direction. If you’re ready to start, I’d be glad to meet you where you are.
