My Approach to Therapy

You work hard to live a good life to be responsible, kind, and useful to others. From the outside, it looks like youre doing well. Inside, you may feel tired, unsettled, or unsure whether this way of living is really yours. You think deeply, care deeply, and still find yourself wondering, Is this the life I mean to be living? I see therapy as a place to pause and look at your life with honesty and care. Together, we will pay attention to what you do every day, what you believe about yourself and others, and where your actions dont quite match your values. My work is guided by simple questions: What is a good life for you? What kind of person do you want to become? Where are you living out of habit rather than choice? We will look for small, thoughtful changes in how you think, act, and relate, so that over time your life feels more intentional, more coherent, and more truly your own.

My Practice & Services

In my practice, I work primarily with high-functioning adults who are managing a lot on their plates careers, relationships, families and are ready to look more honestly at how theyre really doing, not just how things appear on the outside. Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, and my style is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and consultation focused on anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, stress, and life transitions, as well as support around parenting, work, and identity. I currently offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in CA, CO, FL, MN and WA. I value clear communication and will talk with you about scheduling options, fees, and what to expect in our first few sessions so there are no surprises. If youre unsure whether youre a good fit, we can start with a brief consultation to explore your questions and see what feels right for you.

My Therapy Focus

In my practice, I value kindness, honesty, and practicality. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation. Together, we will pay attention to what is actually happening in your life and find small, realistic steps that move you toward a life that feels more like your own.

Groups I Work With

I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, things like anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship or communication difficulties, and the stress that comes with parenting or balancing multiple roles. I also help people struggling with body-focused repetitive behaviors such as hair-pulling or skin-picking, as well as those coping with chronic pain or insomnia. Some of my clients arent dealing with a specific diagnosis at all theyre simply motivated to grow, find more meaning in their lives, or create lasting changes in how they show up personally or professionally. My therapeutic style is collaborative and down-to-earth. I draw on approaches that are grounded in research, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and Clinical Hypnosis. Together, well focus on building resilience, developing practical tools, and creating real, sustainable shifts that support your well-being and sense of fulfillment.
