My Approach to Helping
I believe that healing happens in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, rooted in the understanding that every individual’s story is unique and shaped by life experiences, culture, relationships, and identity.
As a licensed clinical social worker and proud Marine Corps Veteran, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I specialize in supporting adults, Veterans, caregivers, and individuals coping with chronic medical conditions, neurological challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I also provide services in Spanish and am passionate about making mental health care accessible and culturally responsive.
I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, always tailoring care to meet your specific goals and needs. I believe therapy should be practical, healing, and transformative—and that we can work together to build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and connected.
You don’t have to navigate things alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking support, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and hope
