My Approach to Helping
Welcome!
If you’re seeking support around relationship issues, symptoms of depression or anxiety, struggles with identity, or the lingering impact of trauma, especially childhood or developmental trauma, you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place.
I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, often rooted in earlier life experiences. My approach is grounded in internal family systems (IFS) and EMDR, two evidence-informed, trauma-focused modalities that help access and heal the deeper parts of us that carry pain, protect us from it, and often shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I place a strong emphasis on building a safe, trusting relationship where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. I believe that every part of you makes sense in the context of your story and that healing becomes possible when those parts feel seen, heard, and supported.
I’m honored that you’re considering this work, and I’d love to connect to see if we’re the right fit for this part of your journey.
More Info About My Practice
I work with teens, young adults, adults, and families in both in-person and telehealth settings.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor at a group practice, where I provide individual and group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and associates. I’m deeply passionate about training and supporting emerging therapists—not only in building strong clinical skills but in cultivating a deep understanding of the ethical and legal responsibilities that come with this work. If you’re a clinician seeking supervision, I welcome you to reach out.
It’s an honor to do this work, and I’d love to connect to see if we’re the right fit—whether you’re looking for support as a client or a clinician.
