My Approach to Helping

As a therapist, I truly believe each person is on their own journey. On this journey called life, it can sometimes be helpful to have someone to assist you as you navigate coping with typical life stressors, healing from the past, or in dealing with any road block that may be causing you stress or causing you to feel stuck. My approach to healing is to meet you where you are at in your process where you can express your thoughts, ideas or feelings in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.
I work with you to help you create the kind of life you desire and deserve. My approach is one of active listening, offering feedback and collaborating with you on plan that you feel good about all in an effort for you to reach your goals.
