More Info About My Practice

My office hours are Monday through Thursday between 9 and 5 PM. My voicemail, however, is accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. My office is located in Scottsdale between Hayden and Osborn and is easily accessible off the 101 freeway. I encourage you to visit my website for more information about my practice and how I can help you.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

How long you are in treatment depends on the therapeutic issue you want to address and your particular goal(s). I typically am able to give new clients an idea of what to expect in terms of frequency and duration after the first few sessions. I prefer to meet with new clients once per week to start, and then gradually reduce or increase session frequency after a few sessions. Most of my clients report feeling better after 4-6 weeks of treatment and then remain in treatment with me for another 2-3 months. Some clients, however, work with me for years and others "pop in and out" of treatment for a "tune-up" every few months.
