My Approach to Helping

Perhaps you are at that point where you think, “Shit, I should probably find a therapist.” Now you’re here, scrolling through all these therapists, studying their faces and imagining how you’ll feel around them, how awkward that first session will be. And yet, you’re willing to take the plunge. You’re tired of trying to think your way out of anxiety, only to find yourself even more preoccupied. You feel isolated and reluctant to share about it because others have minimized your experiences, because “what do you have to be anxious about?”

Working with me, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. My aim is to share effective tools to manage your symptoms and help you become conscious of patterns that are holding you back. Together, we will build upon your strengths- trust me, you have them- and create strategies to help you recognize when you are getting in your own way.

If and when you're ready, please submit your request here on GoodTherapy. You can also learn more about me and my approach by visiting my website, linked in this profile. I currently offer sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, with immediate openings available both virtually and in person. I look forward to hearing from you!
