My approach is an intuitive one; I tend to start where the client is and go from there. I have thirty years of education on various therapy modalities, and bits of all these emerge as I’m working with an individual. Whether you’re coming for some deep soul searching to evolve to your best self, or are in the depths of the most shattering upheaval, I’ll gratefully walk beside you and guide you toward the next steps.
