My Approach to Helping

I am a somatic based psychotherapist and family therapist by training. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and a Certified Hakomi Therapist. Empowerment. Self Love, Being in Right Relationship with Oneself and All Others and fostering a person's Self Leadership are primary areas of my psychotherapeutic practice. I am a client centered therapist and facilitate others on their journey to Self discovery, acceptance, compassion and Love within and without. My approach is gentle and authentic, highly respectful of each individual's own process and compassionate from a base of non judgment. I consider it an honor to work with someone and therapeutic safety is my highest value.

I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing, primary emotional energy release work and mindfulness based stress reduction. I am also quite knowledgeable about the Enneagram which I have studied for over 20 years and delight in and enjoy supporting clients in their personal spiritual journey and Awakeness.
