What's My Approach to Therapy?

Do you sense that there's more to life than you are experiencing? Or maybe you are in transition or feel stuck in a rut you can't pull out of. You may also sense that you are a spiritual person living a human life, and you want to integrate all of these parts of yourself and improve the quality of your life. No matter what stage of adulthood you are in, you get to live in alignment with your highest values. As a Buddhist and Mindfulness teacher, I will bring an "embodied presence" to our sessions to connect with you and support you in moving forward to live a meaningful spiritual, human life.

Working together we can start uncovering and addressing the blocks you have that are stopping you from being your beautiful, powerful self. You will gain clarity, and passion for, and start taking inspired actions that will be congruent with your highest values and needs. You will integrate your true self into all your relationships and work.

I care deeply about you living your best life and trust your deep innate wisdom we can uncover in the process. We can meet in my office in Asheville (with convenient and free parking) for those of you who prefer in-person contact, or we can meet remotely via telephone or videoconferencing. Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Being a human being can get messy and hard. Even if things are going great in your life, having a therapist on your team who can listen fully to your innermost thoughts and feelings helps you to gain more peace and clarity.
