My experience is helping women who struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, past traumas and abusive relationships. I can support you in finding empowerment, creating healthy boundaries, and ultimately working towards creating healthier relationships with yourself and others. We’ll customize your therapy experience to help you get motivated.
