Before we dive into the deeper work, we’ll begin by creating a foundation of calm, healthy self-care, and practical coping tools. Feeling safe and supported is essential—and that’s where we start.
Once you feel more secure and grounded, we’ll begin to explore how past pain may be showing up in your present life and relationships. Together, we’ll unpack that emotional baggage, make sense of it, and organize it in a way that no longer feels overwhelming. While the pain may not fully disappear, it will lose its power to control you.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. As things begin to make sense, space opens up for real healing and meaningful change.
