My Approach to Therapy

Hi there, I'm Stephanie. If you are a high-functioning professional navigating anxiety, life transitions, career stress, faulty coping mechanisms, or relationship challenges- you're in the right place. Serving North Carolina and Texas, I offer individual and couples therapy for adults, group therapy, and workshops. My clients are typically achieving some level of success externally, but dealing with internal struggles other people may not be aware of. I'm passionate about making space for those silent internal challenges. I bring passion and sincerity, patience and wisdom to our relationship and I’m committed to you and your goals.

My Practice & Services

As an online practice, this means therapy can be seamlessly integrated into your day. No commute, just meeting when and where it works best for you. Baldwin Therapy Group specializes in working with high-functioning professionals and has over a decade of experience supporting men and women with the obstacles that interfere with living our most intentional and fulfilling life. Things like anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, divorce or other family disruptions, relationship challenges, difficulties stemming from childhood (including trauma and codependency), shame, perfectionism, existential depression, and substance use or escapism. I'm going to be beside you as you come to better understand your inner world, your relationships, and what really matters to you. You can trust that as your therapist, I will provide safety for you to truly heal, I will give you feedback with your growth in mind, and without a doubt I will cheer you on every step of the way.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

If you're on the fence about going to therapy, I want you to hear that your life is so valuable and you are worth it. Many people might ask themselves if their situation is "bad enough" to justify talking with a therapist. Because I work with high functioning clients, I can tell you that we're pretty skilled at looking fine on the outside despite struggling on the inside. I invite you to flip the narrative of "bad enough" and instead, consider that anyone and everyone deserves space and time to reflect, explore, feel heard, and intentionally effect change in their life. We only get one shot at this life, so if there is any opportunity to improve your sense of well-being or the quality of your relationships with others or with yourself- let's do it!
