My Approach to Helping

We all want to feel safe in our bodies and in our relationships, valued and appreciated, and connected to loved ones without interference from the past. Are there parts of you, your reactions and responses you would like to understand better? Do you feel like you are communicating but no one seems to understand you? Or perhaps you are stuck in a pattern you want to escape. It can be difficult to take that first step, especially if you were taught not to ask for help, or you don’t want to be a bother to anyone. It’s time to reach for a more fulfilling experience, to finally let go of that breath you’ve been holding.

I would like to work with you on taking back your power, to work toward realizing your more connected future, and manifesting alignment within yourself and with others. I am formally trained in several impactful modalities, including spiritual interventions if you feel that integration is meaningful to you. I believe healing is a whole being experience including mind, body, and soul. The counseling process is a non-judgemental collaboration with you to find what works for your best outcome. I often assign homework to keep the momentum going between sessions.

I’m so glad you’re searching for something that can help you. I hope you take that next step and make contact. Let’s schedule a free consultation to talk about what you are looking for and discuss scheduling.
