My Approach to Helping
As your therapist, my role is to cheer you on as you pull yourself up by the bootstraps and to challenge you to tell your depressive voice to buzz off! Count on us to have you eagerly leading yourself through change. People that want to work with me know what it's like to be on the struggle bus. They know what it feels like to not want to get up in the morning or to feel motivated to get things done. The people that work with me have just had enough of shitty situations and want to make an effort to become their best selves.
