My Approach to Helping

I work with young adults & adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma, loss & interpersonal conflicts. I provide a safe space for LGBTQ concerns, whether you or someone close to you identifies. My specialties include identity support, parents of LGBTQ children, couples, family building, and parenting.
My therapeutic approach is warm and supportive. Together, we will focus on enhancing self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and identifying strategies to manage life stressors and shift patterns. No matter what you are facing, I provide a place of reflection to connect, heal and create lasting change.
I tailor my clinical approach based on your needs using evidence-based treatment. I have specialized training in Adlerian theory, cognitive-behavior therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. I am also a board-certified art therapist and integrate the creative process when it makes sense for the client.
