My Approach to Helping

My goal is to have this be your best therapy experience. Here is what you can expect if we work together:

1) Understand the exact reasons and experiences that led you to this moment. You will finally have the answer to "Why am I struggling?"

2) Collaborate with me and have a clear treatment plan in place. You are your own expert and a very important part of the decision-making process for your treatment. Within two sessions, we will have a clear treatment plan.

3) See your progress, through quantitative data. It's important to me that you feel you are improving. I also use measures to assess your progress so we can both see the improvement.

You have made the first (and huge!) step by deciding to seek treatment. Sign up for a free consult ($90 value) to learn more.
