What's My Approach to Therapy?
Whether you're processing trauma, stress, or emotional pain, I'm here to guide you at your pace with compassion and lasting healing. You don't have to carry it alone, and in 4-6 sessions, most people experience real relief. I use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), and talk therapy to get you to a better place inside. You will leave with tools to better manage whatever comes up in your life.
I am a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of practice. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), relational challenges, and life transitions.
I work with children, teens, and adults.
