My Approach to Helping
I am returning from maternity leave the week of November 16th, and will begin scheduling clients starting back that week. When you come to my office, it is my goal for you to feel comforted, understood, and heard while collaborating on goals and treatment plan. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, strengths-based; it is integrative that is specific to each, unique individual.
More Info About My Practice
I work with individuals suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, and I collaborate with them to achieve inner peace and strength while guiding them towards their goals. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families experiencing life transitions, career academic stresses, relationship difficulties, and survivors of sexual assault and are experiencing post-traumatic stress. I also work with those who experience anxiety due to perfectionism; those who identify as empaths highly sensitive person (HSPs).
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I am skilled and experienced at working with survivors of trauma and sexual assault of all ages, as well as working with parents regarding child family conflicts and transitions. I often provide support to expecting parents, and mothers in the post-partum transition.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to support, guide, empower, appropriately challenge, and witness your healing journey. I am not there to judge or criticize. My purpose and goal is to help the client become the best version of themselves, and the best part is that every client holds the key to their own success. The ultimate goal I have for every client is to improve health and well-being.
